Think outside of the box. Then think outside of this new box, and then again, until you're in a box where all your problems are solved.

Puzzles are fun. Solving them, whether they be a technical challenge needing a well-engineered solution or a human problem needing a diplomatic approach, is fun.

I’m an artist: I paint with bits

Programming is just one artistic way of contributing to a better world, by helping others do their job in a better, smarter, lazier and faster way. Naturally drawn to computers from a young age, I ended up doing all my education in software engineering. Rare are the professions where you continuously learn so many new skills and technologies. And constantly enjoy the satisfaction of assembling all those blocks of knowledge to build systems that would seem like magic to our grandparents.

People are different

But I also love the other part of the equation. To quote Abraham Lincoln, “give a company a team, they will build a product. Teach a company how to build a team, they will build products for the rest of their long, long life”. Finding what people are good at, allowing them to express their potential and finding their best fit in an organization, are all equally exciting equations waiting to be solved. So is helping clients finding what their real problems are and creating solutions they didn’t even realize were possible.

Sails IT

Gandhi once said, “find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life”.

Done. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better way to combine everything I like in one job. This is the place where some of the most talented, gifted and creative persons I have ever met decided to join forces to do things right. And we’re doing it, for you!

Also, I’m French.
